K.C. Services DUI Programs

Our mission is to contribute to the public health and safety of our community by providing treatment and educational services to convicted offenders and by providing prevention efforts to the community at large.

• Drinking Driver Programs

K.C. Services drinking driver program's goal is to minimize convicted drunk drivers from repeating their offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs and to provide those drivers with an opportunity to successfully address their alcohol or other drug related problems.  K.C. Services has been providing education and group counseling to court-referred clients for nearly two decades. We offer the Wet & Reckless, Three Month and Six Month drinking driver programs.

• Juvenile Drinking Driver Program

Our program mission for the Adult DDP program also extends to the youth in our community.  Young adults who are referred from the Orange County Juvenile Court system receive 18 hours of group counseling and refusal skill training at K.C. Services.

• DUI Prevention and Outreach

Understanding that treatment efforts alone do not fully address the incidences of DUI in Orange County.  K.C. Services is actively involved in promoting projects which address traffic safety issues and DUI related injuries in Orange County.  K.C. Services has partnered with UC Irvine in traffic safety projects.

• Assessments for Multiple Offenders

Trained clinical staff use the ASI(Addiction Severity Index) to provide substance abuse assessments for DUI multiple offenders.
