Efren Guerrero - Program Director
Efren Guerrero is the Program Director for K.C. Services’ Fullerton Office and has worked in the field of drug and substance abuse counseling and treatment for over two decades. Mr. Guerrero received his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and his medical degree from the University of Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

Patrick Demers - DUI Program Coordinator
Patrick Demers has been working in the substance abuse counseling field for the past two years and has his bachelors degree in the field of Human Services. Patrick has been with K.C. Services for the past year working in substance abuse and related group counseling. Patrick thrives on participant progress and strives to create an environment conducive to positive life style changes. |

Angie Quintero - SACPA/PSN Program Coordinator
Angie Quintero has been with KCS for 10 years and is currently the PC1210 coordinator for the Fullerton office. Her duties include counseling clients, monitoring their progress in treatment, and maintaining correspondence with supervising agencies. Ms. Quintero has expressed that her greatest joy is helping problem clients successfully complete their substance abuse programs.

Jose Luis Ortiz - PC 1000 Program Coordinator
Jose Ortiz is the PC 1000 Coordinator for KC Services’ Fullerton Office. In almost a decade with K.C. Services, he has also worked as case manager and group leader for DUI, SAC, and Batterers Programs. Mr. Ortiz’s behavioral health experience also includes positions as Case Manager, Group Leader, and Alcohol Educator at the Orange County chapter of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. |

Veda Hargrave-Ocansey - Anger Management Program Coordinator
Veda Hargrave has worked for K.C. Services for approximately 8 years and is currently the
Anger Management Program Coordinator, a PC 1210 substance abuse counselor,
and DUI instructor. In the past, Veda facilitated Domestic Violence, PC1000, Parenting Skills, SAC groups,
and has also coordinated the Keeping Kids Safe Program. Veda holds several certifications, has worked with adolescents and children with emotional and substance abuse problems. Her motto is, “People are not much interested in what you know until they know how much you care." |

Carolina Gonzalez - Program Director
Carolina Gonzalez has worked with KCS for 4 years. During
that time, she has managed and conducted educational classes and group sessions
for K.C. Services’ drug and alcohol program in addition to leading domestic
violence classes. Before joining the agency, she served as mediator between the
court liaison and supervised child visitors for the Orange County Courts. Ms.
Gonzalez holds a degree in Alcohol and Drug Human Services from Cypress College. |
GARDEN GROVE WEST OFFICE

Clemente Castaneda - Program Director
Clemente Castaneda has over 12 years of experience with Drug and Alcohol Abuse
Social Model Recovery Programs. He currently serves as Program Director for K.C.
Services’ Garden Grove West office and also as Senior Counselor for court
mandated counseling programs. Clemente’s years of experience include leading
group sessions and conducting individual counseling for clients with drug,
alcohol and other behavioral health issues. He is himself, a walking example of
the turnaround one can accomplish. |

Belinda Van Allen - PC 1210 Program Coordinator
Since 2006, Belinda Van Allen has served as Program Coordinator for PC 1210 and
PSN at K.C. Services’ Garden Grove West Office. Her treatment experience
includes acting as Family Counselor at Twin Town Treatment Center and Care
Coordinator at New Directions for Women, an inpatient treatment facility for
women and children. In addition, Ms. Van Allen has over 10 years of experience
working with incarcerated recovering addicts in Orange County’s Correctional
Facilities. She graduated from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies
Pacific West as a Chemical Dependency Counselor. |

Dave Fryer - PC 1000 Program Coordinator
Dave Fryer has been with K.C.
Services for over 6 years as a counselor and is currently Program Coordinator
for the Domestic Violence program at K.C. Services’ Garden Grove West office.
Dave has been helping substance abusers and alcoholics to overcome their
addiction for over 10 years and continues to work with them on a daily basis.
When he’s not working, Dave enjoys fixing up and racing his cars. |
IRVINE OFFICE

Anna Keiderling - Program Director
Anna Keiderling is Program Director for the
Irvine Office of K.C. Services, and she has been a substance abuse counselor
with the agency since 2005. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
from Wilkes University in 2004 and her drug and alcohol counseling certification
from the California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources in 2007.

LOS ANGELES OFFICE

Ji Youn Lee - Program Director
Ji Youn Lee currently serves as the Program Director of the Los Angeles
office, as well as Korean Community Services- also known as Korean Bokji
Center- located in Buena Park. In addition, she also serves as a
counselor for K.C. Services. Ms. Lee brings years of experience in the
field of international social services to KCS. Prior to joining the
agency, she worked as a counselor for the Seoul YMCA Youth Counseling
Center, School Social Worker for Halla Multi-Social Welfare Center, and
Program Director for Sung-Nam Youth Counseling Center. Ms. Lee received
her M.S.W. from the Catholic University of Korea Graduate School.
